Install instructions

Execute ditherer.exe on Windows or float-ditherer-x86_64.AppImage on linux.
To change language file change the file: settings.json on the "languageFile" entry to the file whit the language dictionary is present

For Linux libSDL2,libSDL2_image, libavcodec, libavformat, libavutil, libswscale, OpenMP,libz
